PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As the CVS Global Logistics, Ltd. Sti. , we take care to protect your personal data, and we would like to inform you of our work on this subject, both in accordance with the law and in accordance with our company's personal data policy.
The personal data of all persons associated with the company including Personal Data obtained within the scope of any relationship established by our customers, business relations, employees and job applicants directly through printed documents, our website or affiliate websites, and those who benefit from products and services received within the scope of commercial activity is collected, processed and maintained in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
CVS Global Logistics, Ltd. Sti.., meticulously fulfills its legal responsibilities regarding the processing, storage and destruction of all personal data in accordance with the Law, as the “data controller” in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

1 -  We process most of your personal data, including:
1.2  Your identity and contact information, such as your name, ID or passport number, driver's license number, address, phone number.
1.3  Your financial information such as your bank account number, credit card information, payment information, billing information.
1.4  Your electronic account and history information such as your email address or website click information, your IP address, device and user ID, system and browser type, log records, the content you access, and the websites you         visit if you connect to our wi-fi network
1.5  Your service-related information such as your tracking number, the status of your cargo or transaction, the place of delivery, the type of product to be delivered, the volume and weight information, the number, the customs         information
1.6  survey information that will help us understand your user habits and improve our business, business activity, and habit information related to shipping type habits.

2 -  Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data:
2.1  Our company will process your personal data for the following purposes:
2.1.1  Planning and execution of human resources processes,
2.1.2  Creating personnel personal files,
2.1.3  Organizing and executing service contracts,
2.1.4  Executing insurance processes of employees,
2.1.5  Monitoring health processes of employees,
2.1.6  Procurement and allocation processes of telephones and other electronic devices within the scope of the service relationship to employees,
2.1.7  Management of occupational health and safety processes,
2.1.8  Ensuring corporate communication,
2.1.9  Providing services such as travel and accommodation within the scope of the service relationship,
2.1.10  Planning and implementation processes of vocational training, personnel training, business development and orientation programs,
2.1.11  Ensuring workplace and job security, follow-up of workplace entry and exit and overtime programs, 
2.1.12  Carrying out the activities of the management and decision making bodies of the company,
2.1.13  Execution of the work, performance of business contracts, sales, realization of marketing and accounting activities,
2.1.14  Realization of Service and product development activities,
2.1.15  Obtaining the website and usage statistics and
2.1.16  Management of legal processes related to the workplace.

2.2  On the other hand, our Company also processes your personal data in the presence of one of the following conditions or reasons:
2.2.1  Consent of the person;
2.2.2  The processing activity being necessary for the execution of a contract signed with the Person;
2.2.3  The processing activity being required to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject to;
2.2.4  The processing activity being necessary to protect the vital interests of the Person or another individual;
2.2.5  The processing activity being necessary for the realization of an operation for public interest;
2.2.6  The processing activity being necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, except where those interests are of secondary importance compared to the interests or rights of the Person.
Our company may collect personal data within the scope of the commercial activities it carries on, orally, in writing, visually or digitally, in the company's headquarters and affiliated offices, on the company's website or social media accounts, through automatic or non-automatic methods, as permitted by the relevant legal legislation. The data collected will be maintained and updated as long as you use the products and services offered by the company.
In addition, shared personal data can be processed when our phones are called to use the services offered by our company or when internet pages are used or websites are visited, and when participated in organizations organized by our company.
Personal data collected by our company will be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data in order to ensure the legal and commercial security of real and legal persons who have a business relationship with our company, to determine the business strategy, to implement the human resources policy, to fulfill the requirements of the products and services used, to evaluate the likes, satisfaction or complaints about these products and services and to provide better service.

3 - Personal Data Collection Method:
In accordance with the terms of collecting and processing personal data specified in the Law on Protection of Personal Data, declarations of employees and related people, personal business cards or CVs, websites, human resources systems, application forms, SSI and tax office records, documents and forms issued by our units, documents related to orders of goods and services are collected through electronic correspondence and similar channels for the legal and/or commercial reasons mentioned above and are safely stored and processed physically or electronically during the continuation of the legal relationship or commercial activity.

4 - To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred:
Personal data collected by our company may be transferred to group companies, company partners, legally authorized public institutions and natural persons, suppliers, business partners in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data in order to fulfill the requirements of the products and services used, to evaluate the likes, satisfaction or complaints about these products and services and to provide better services, to ensure the legal and commercial security of real or legal persons who have business relations with our company, to determine the business strategy and to implement the human resources policy.

5 - Transfer Of Data Abroad:
Our company may transfer your personal data to foreign government entities, persons or companies residing abroad in accordance with the principles set forth in the relevant articles of the LPPD and in accordance with the principles and rules set by the Personal Data Protection Board, limited to commercial activity to the extent required by the legitimate business activities of the company. Personal data is protected in accordance with the law even if it is transferred in accordance with the requirements of the legal regulations abroad due to the necessity of the work and the execution of the contract. In order to fulfill the requirements of our contracts, no data transfer is carried out in any way that may violate the Turkish Commercial Code or damage business activities.

6 - Retention and Disposal of Personal Data:
Your personal data will be stored to the extent required by business, and the maximum periods set by Law will be taken into account during this retention period. Your personal data will be destroyed by one of the methods of deletion, destruction or anonymization, and what method will be used will be determined according to the storage area and nature of the data. In any case, the destroyed personal data will be rendered inaccessible.

7 - Rights of Personal Data Owner:
If you own personal data according to the Law on Protection of Personal Data, you have the rights listed in the law No. 6698, and individuals may request information about their data from us as the data controller, and they may request that the data be rendered unusable under the conditions. In this context, the person whose personal data is collected has the following rights:
7.1 Learning whether the personal data has been processed,
7.2 Requesting information about it if personal data has been processed,
7.3 Knowing the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, 
7.4 Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in Turkey or abroad,
7.5 Requesting that personal data be corrected if it is incomplete or improperly processed,
7.6 Requesting that personal data be deleted or destroyed,
7.7 Requesting the notification of transactions to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
7.8 Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
7.9 Requesting the elimination of the damage if the person is harmed due to the unlawful
processing of personal data. In case the personal data owner notifies his/her complaints and requests regarding the above-mentioned rights, via document proving his/her identity to the head office of our company, by hand or through a notary public or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, our company will finalize this application within 30 days.

8- Updating Personal Data:
The personal data collected by our company must be accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, any changes to your personal data should be notified to our company within a reasonable period of time.
