Operational Information: Shipment tracking number, cargo status, delivery location, volume/weight, and customs information. Analytical Information: Survey responses, user habits, and business development data.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) for the purposes of HR processes, contract performance, occupational health and safety, corporate communication, management of logistics operations, monitoring of legal processes, and improving service quality.
3. Data Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your data is collected through channels such as the website, CVs, application forms, SGK (Social Security Institution) records, and electronic correspondence for the purpose of establishing a contract or fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Data Transfer
The collected data may be transferred to our group companies, business partners, suppliers, and authorized public institutions within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK for the purpose of providing services and implementing business strategies.

Application: You can submit your requests regarding your rights to our company headquarters address in person or via a notary public, along with documents verifying your identity. Applications will be processed within 30 days at the latest.
